01How do I join Veyrune?
Open Minecraft Java Edition, add play.veyrune.net, and join with version 1.20+.
02Where are purchases?
Ranks, keys, bundles, and gems are delivered automatically after payment. You can check active perks and order history in your profile.
03Delivery delayed?
Wait a few minutes, then open Contacts and send your nickname, payment email, and order ID. Staff can check the delivery status quickly.
04One account for all modes?
Yes. Your Veyrune account can move between the main modes, while mode-specific progress stays where it belongs.
05Are ranks permanent?
Some products are permanent and some are seasonal or time-limited. The product card in the shop shows what you are buying before checkout.
06How do appeals work?
Use Discord tickets or the Contacts page. Include your nickname, punishment reason, and a short explanation. Clear details help staff answer faster.
