PURCHASE SUPPORT
This policy explains how Veyrune handles digital purchases, delivery problems, duplicate payments, and refund requests.
Veyrune sells digital server entitlements. Once a digital product has been delivered, activated, used, or made available on the account, refunds are limited because the service has already been provided.
Nothing in this policy removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you by law.
Contact support@veyrunemc.com if delivery failed, the wrong nickname was used, a duplicate payment occurred, or a product description was materially incorrect.
Send refund and delivery issue requests within 30 days of purchase. Requests received later may be declined unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Include your Veyrune email, in-game nickname, order ID, payment email, product name, and screenshots if relevant.
If the issue can be fixed by delivery, correction, replacement, or account adjustment, we may resolve it that way before refunding.
Refunds may be refused for delivered and used digital goods, banned accounts, chargeback abuse, fraud, rule evasion, or requests made long after purchase without a delivery problem.
Purchases do not protect an account from moderation. A ban or restriction for rule violations does not automatically create a refund right.
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. We can usually investigate delivery and account issues faster with the order details.
Unauthorised or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions while the payment provider reviews the dispute.
